Who's ready for opening day??
Justin and his crew are looking to pull tarps tomorrow morning!! (April 3rd)
With the warm spring weather we've been having Justin feels that it is the right time to pull the winter tarps off the greens in anticipation of our planned opening day on April 12.
We're asking any members that are available and willing to volunteer their time to come and help out. Many hands make light work!
We ask that everyone meet at the Pro Shop at 8:00 am as we want to try and beat out the wind thats forecasted later in the day.
We appreciate any and all help in showing why we're Worth the Drive Since 1925!
OPENING DAY
Opening day is planned for April 12th
(weather permitting)
We are optimistic that after this next bout of snow planned for this week that we can be in good condition to open by the 12th; however, if an opportunity arises to open sooner you better believe we'll take it!

Established in 1925, Magrath Golf Club is one of oldest golf courses in Alberta with a long-standing reputation as a must play course. Pristinely manicured fairways, lush landscaping and beautiful vistas are the visual enticements that draw players from near and far, but its quick greens, stunning par 3s, shot makers’ par fours, and go-for-broke par 5s leave our guests with the yearn to return! The Club also boasts a fantastic practice facility and fully licensed clubhouse – things that players of all skill levels tend to appreciate.
