MAY 10th: Magrath Hosts the PGA of Alberta Professional Stroke Play Event
Includes Playability Test for players to obtain their professional card
Member volunteers to help with this event will be greatly appreciated
MAY 27th: MEN’S SPRING SCRAMBLE
9:00am shotgun start
4 player teams
Low 3 handicaps must equal a minimum of 6
Teams will be flighted based on the total of their low 3 handicaps
Open scramble, no drive restrictions, no club restrictions
Senior Division
Team cash buyout mandatory $100 per team, $25 per player (cash) to be paid day of

JUNE 10th: 2 PERSON BEST BALL & ALTERNATE SHOT
9:00am start tee times

JULY 13th: SENIOR MEN's OPEN (STROKE PLAY)
9:00am tee times
Age 50+
Includes meal, tee gift and prizes

JULY 14th & 15th: THE MGC CUP (RYDER CUP)
Member's only tournament
The funnest tournament of the year, where friends become foes to battle for the Cup
Two team captains will flip a coin to see who gets first pick in a draft style ceremony
Once the teams are selected, the captains will pick players to send out in the first matches during a press conference in the lounge Friday afternoon
Each player will receive an MGC cup, hat & shirt in their team color
Friday Afternoon: 18 holes Scramble
Saturday Morning: 18 holes Best Ball
Saturday Afternoon: 18 holes Single Match Play
Who will get the bragging rights as the MGC Cup Champions?!
Includes meals, team uniforms and the chance to win The MGC Cup
Price to be determined, carts will be included.

This tournament will be run in conjunction with the Magrath Days Celebrations!

JULY 24th & 25th: Magrath hosts Southern Alberta Senior Men's Championship

AUGUST 11th: WATERBURY PAR 3 CHAMPIONSHIP
1:30pm shotgun start
This is a free event in conjunction with Club Championship
9 hole event: Justin and his crew will set the course up like you have never played it before - a 9 hole executive par 3
This is a fun event to kick off our Club Championship

AUGUST 12th: MGC CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS

Competitive & non-competitive divisions
In the competitive divisions, we will crown a Club Champion for...
Men's, Senior Men's, Ladies, Senior Ladies, Junior Boys & Junior Girls
There will be draw prizes for the golfers in the non-competitive division

SEPTEMBER 30th: MGC CROSS COUNTRY YEAR END CELEBRATIONS
11:00am shotgun start
Play our golf course from angles never seen before (not on purpose that is)
Scramble format, this is a fun event for all golfers!
Justin and his crew will work hard to give you a golf experience like no other
Prizes will be all done by random draw, so score will not matter. All that matters is you come ready to have a good time and laugh at whatever Justin has in store for you
Everyone is invited to join us in the Centennial Restaurant for a meal and prizes after golf
Members and guests welcome
